"WORK ON PAPER" BOOK

A new book of minimal art from multi-talented Chicago artist, Archer Prewitt!

Not many people will know that the author of crazy and perverted comic, Sofboy is the same man who drew the beautiful and delicate nymph-like girl which gaze at us from the artists' own music album, Wilderness.  But looking carefully, we notice the careful observation, and the most intricately drawn fine lines and dots that are mutual features of the works.  Whatever the creative outlet is chosen, the same organic, subtle, sophisticated and tender sensibility shine through in all of Archer Prewitt's creations and never cease to charm us.

And now, the artist presents to us what he calls "a growing body of work that I feel is more sustainable than most any art I have made."

This book collects 32 selected pieces from the minimal drawings he has been making for almost 20 years.
